Founder
Jamie founded Build Partners in early 2019 after years of recruiting for leading luxury homebuilders. His experience spans small custom remodels through to C-suite placements with businesses behind some of the USA’s most exclusive private estates.
He takes time to understand each business and the people within it, helping clients build stronger teams and professionals make thoughtful career moves. For Jamie, the best relationships continue long after a placement.
Operations Manager
Nikki is Operations Manager at Build Partners, working across automation, workflows, marketing and dashboard development. She connects systems and simplifies processes so the team can spend more time on recruitment.
Curious and hands-on, she turns ideas into practical solutions, with a focus on making technology useful to the people using it. Outside work, Nikki enjoys padel and gaming, bringing the same love of a challenge to her downtime.
Divisional Director
Sam is Divisional Director of the Texas Division at Build Partners USA, with over 12 years of construction recruitment experience. He oversees the team across Houston, Dallas-Fort Worth, Austin and San Antonio, supporting commercial general contractors with hires in field operations, project management, estimating, preconstruction and executive leadership.
Originally from the UK, Sam brings a friendly, direct approach, taking time to understand each person’s experience and what they want next. He values honest conversations and regular communication throughout the hiring process. Outside work, he is a keen boxer and sports fan.
Delivery Consultant
Vuyi specializes in Texas commercial construction, recruiting Superintendents, Project Managers and Estimators for commercial general contractors. She gets to know what motivates each person and what matters in their next move, helping them find opportunities to build long-term careers.
Her approach is relationship-driven, working closely with professionals and contractors beyond the resume and job description. Outside work, Vuyi enjoys cooking, time with family, traveling and being by the ocean. Naturally curious, she is always open to a new experience.
Senior Recruiter
Will recruits Project Managers, Superintendents and Preconstruction specialists for commercial general contractors across Texas. With over eight years in construction recruitment, his experience includes supporting Tier 1 contractors on Crossrail and HS2, as well as leading recruitment in-house for a civil engineering and utilities contractor.
Having worked on both sides of the hiring process, Will understands the demands of building a team from within a business and supporting it externally. Outside work, he is an avid sports fan and a devoted West Bromwich Albion supporter.
Delivery Consultant
Catherine specializes in Florida luxury custom homes, connecting construction professionals with leading custom home builders. Alongside recruitment, she is a professional gravel cyclist who competes internationally.
Her cycling highlights include becoming Under-23 National Road Champion, a podium finish in Belgium and placing among the top three young riders in a UCI Category 2.2 tour. Away from work and racing, she enjoys time with her loved ones, including HB and her dog, Lilly.
