- Business information, such as your company name and the nature of your hiring inquiry.
- Messages and correspondence you send us.
- Technical information needed to operate and protect the website, such as a scrambled (hashed) version of your internet connection address used to limit spam submissions. We do not store the original address with your submission.
Where we get information
- Directly from you, through our website forms, email, phone or in person.
- Referrals from people in our professional network.
- Public professional sources, such as professional networking profiles.
- Recruitment platforms and data providers, where we use them.
- Clients, about the roles they are hiring for and feedback on candidates.
How we use information
- To respond to inquiries.
- To review applications and provide recruitment services, including introducing candidates to prospective employers.
- To contact candidates about relevant job opportunities.
- To keep business records.
- To protect the website and our services, including preventing spam and misuse.
- To comply with legal obligations and establish or defend legal claims.
How long we keep information
We do not keep personal information indefinitely. How long we keep it depends on:
- Why we have it: for example, while an inquiry is being handled, while an application or placement is in progress, or while we are providing services to a client.
- Whether we are still in contact: we may keep a candidate’s details to contact them about relevant opportunities until they ask us to stop or the information is no longer useful.
- Legal and business requirements: some records must be kept to meet legal, tax, accounting or employment-related obligations, or to deal with disputes or claims.
- Your requests: if you ask us to delete your information, we will do so as described below, subject to records we must keep.
When information is no longer needed for these purposes, we delete it or keep it in a form that no longer identifies you. We may keep limited information needed to honor a request not to be contacted again.
Your privacy rights and how to make a request
To request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, or to exercise other rights available under applicable law, submit your request by email to enquiries@build-partners.com.
Please describe your request and, where possible, send it from the email address you previously provided to us. Do not include identity documents, Social Security numbers or other sensitive information in your initial request.
Where necessary, we will take reasonable steps to verify your identity before providing access to, correcting or deleting personal information. The verification required will depend on the nature of the request and the sensitivity of the information. We will respond within the timeframes required by applicable law.
We will delete information as required by applicable law, subject to applicable exceptions, including records retained to comply with legal obligations or for other legally permitted purposes. We may retain limited information necessary to honor a request not to be contacted again.
Authorized agents. Where permitted by applicable law, an authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf. We may require proof of authorization and, where appropriate, verify your identity directly.
We will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights.
Text-message communications
Where you have agreed to receive text messages from Build Partners, messages sent following a submission are for scheduling meetings or interviews, not for advertising job opportunities. Message frequency varies. Acknowledging this Privacy Notice does not itself constitute consent to receive text messages.
For assistance or to request cancellation of text-message communications, submit a request by email to enquiries@build-partners.com. We will honor withdrawal of consent as required by applicable law, including requests made through any other legally recognized opt-out method.
Message and data rates may apply. No mobile opt-in data will be shared with third parties.
Contact about new job opportunities
If you no longer wish to hear from Build Partners about new job opportunities, email us at enquiries@build-partners.com and ask us to stop future job-opportunity contact. You do not need an account, a reason or identity documents for this.
This does not automatically withdraw an application or prevent necessary updates about an application or placement you are already progressing. Please tell us if you also wish to withdraw an application or request deletion of your information.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect personal information, including private storage for resumes and attachments and limits on who can access them. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

We may update this notice from time to time. The effective date at the top shows when it was last changed.
